  • Emilee Kelly
Emilee has always had a strong connection to the arts from the first time she figured out her red drumsticks could be used to draw on white walls. In her early art career during the late 90's and early 00's, she competed and was awarded in several juried art exhibitions on Long Island, as well as utilizing her skills in several community oriented projects, such as murals painted for a local legislator's office, her high school library, and her Girl Scout Gold award project painting a cafeteria mural to encouraging literacy and math skills in her elementary school. She attended SUNY New Paltz for a B.S. in Visual Arts and studied drawing, painting, ceramics, photography (film + digital), graphic design/typography, and web design, in addition to assisting in creating campus advertisements and organizing the 2012 B.S. Visual Arts Thesis Show. When she's not engrossed in designing websites, original tattoo designs, or covered in paint & charcoal, her creative side overflows into her kitchen and personal training endeavors.

  • Tania Rios
Free spirited and deeply inspired by nature, Tania hails from Long Beach, NY. When she's not working at Energy Fitness of Huntington, she dedicates much of her free time to running, kayaking, painting and reading. She enjoys working with earthy materials such as wood, leather and textured fabrics to bring an organic warmth to her projects. Tania prescribes to life as a student and allows her inherent curiosity for people and the natural world to fuel her passion for learning. She believes art gives a voice to the subconscious: from the colors we employ, to the mediums we use, to the brush strokes we make, to the subjects we choose. As a sentient artist, Tania approaches painting intuitively and encourages her students to embrace that which comes naturally while guiding them with useful techniques. She strives for all participants in her class to leave with a smile, a newfound skill and an encouraging nudge to their inner child. "To live a creative life, we must lose our fear of being wrong." - Joseph Chilton Pearce

  • Amanda Feldman-Persoff
Amanda, originally from Queens NY, has always been drawn to the arts. A constant doodler, as a child she was often found covered in paint or creating sculptures out of recycled items she'd collected. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a bachelors degree in Art. There she studied a variety of mediums, from architecture and design, painting, drawing, photography, and ceramics. She later went on to study photography at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Her love of children and desire to teach brought her to work at Camp Taconic in the beautiful Berkshire mountains and later Crestwood Country Day Camp in Melville, NY. where she taught crafts and ceramics. Currently, she works in the travel industry but is unbelievably excited to have this opportunity to share her love and passion. Outside of Muse she loves her furry friends, family, nature, outdoor activities, good food and of course, art and photography.
